Abstract

PepsiCo, sebagai salah satu raksasa industri makanan dan minuman, menghadapi tantangan besar di tengah perkembangan digital yang pesat. Untuk tetap unggul, perusahaan ini telah mengubah wajah operasionalnya melalui transformasi digital dengan mengintegrasikan teknologi canggih seperti Internet of Things (IoT), Kecerdasan Buatan (Artificial Intelligence) dan Otomatisasi (Smart Warehouse). Inisiatif keberlanjutan pep+ juga memperkuat komitmen perusahaan dalam mengurangi dampak lingkungan, menjadikannya lebih relevan bagi konsumen yang semakin peduli terhadap isu keberlanjutan. Analisis SWOT dan PEST mengungkapkan bahwa, meskipun menghadapi tantangan seperti persaingan ketat dan regulasi yang lebih ketat, PepsiCo memiliki peluang besar untuk memanfaatkan teknologi dan ekspansi pasar guna mempertahankan dominasi globalnya. Strategi berbasis data dan keberlanjutan adalah kunci bagi masa depan perusahaan ini di era digital.
